JOB DESCRIPTION: The position is a combination of order reception, order administration, inside sales, and warehouse work.

As an Order Receiver, you will respond to and follow up on customer inquiries, enter orders, and create quotes. Customer contacts mainly occur via phone and email, but also through sales over the counter in our store.

The warehouse work includes daily tasks in our warehouse, such as picking and packing, booking transports, and receiving and handing out goods.

As a Technical Inside Salesperson, you will calculate quotes from countries with different currencies, customs rates, communicate with factories in English, and assist customers with problem-solving using technical data, images, or drawings. The position can develop into KAM and more overarching sales responsibilities.

We use personal service to create long-term customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

*Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

*Good knowledge of English in speech and writing.

*Numerical skills and knowledge in calculations

*Experience working in a business system

*Knowledge in order administration

*REQUIREMENT: at least a Technical line at the high school level or another form of Technical or Mechanical knowledge, interest, and/or understanding.

*REQUIREMENT: TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE from education or work experience in MECHANICS and/or TECHNIQUE

*Driver's license

The work is full-time in Saltsjö-Boo. Fixed salary. Start date by agreement.
