The office is located in Solna, and the desired start date is February 16, 2026. This is a consultancy assignment for an initial period of 6 months, where you will be employed as a consultant through The Place. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment or transitioning to employment with the client. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, and there is an option for hybrid work.

Your main tasks will include:

• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries via phone and email

• Handling questions related to orders, deliveries, technical issues, or similar

• Ensuring that customers receive quick, accurate, and clear information

• Documenting and following up on customer inquiries according to company procedures

• Developing and improving customer service processes and routines

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• Fluent skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

• Very good skills in Swedish, both written and spoken

• Experience in service and customer handling
