About the role:

As a Business Controller, you will work closely with management and the business to create insights that drive profitability and development. You will be a central part of the budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as responsible for producing and analyzing key figures that help us make informed decisions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ongoing analysis of the company's results, revenues, and costs

• Prepare reports, forecasts, and budget materials

• Support business managers with financial decision-making materials

• Develop and streamline reporting processes

• Participate in strategic projects and business cases

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an academic degree in economics, finance, or equivalent

• Has experience in a similar role, preferably in controlling or accounting

• Is analytical, structured, and has strong communication skills

• Enjoys working both independently and in teams

• Has good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with BI tools
