Responsibilities

In the role of Central Warranty Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that the warranty policy and warranty rules of the general agents are followed. You are a central expert function that supports our facilities in everything related to warranty cases and serves as a qualified support in both operational and more complex issues.

You ensure proper handling and follow-up of warranty claims, compliance with manufacturer requirements, and contribute to maximizing warranty reimbursements and minimizing financial discrepancies. The role also involves a clear responsibility for knowledge transfer through training and coaching.

The role is based at our facility in Kista and involves central work with all 14 facilities, from Luleå in the north to Tyresö in the south.

Your main tasks include • Supporting the facilities in daily warranty work and during absences • Ensuring quality and accuracy in warranty claims • Weekly follow-up and analysis of discrepancies and deviations • Preparing and supporting the business during audits and controls • Training and coaching employees in warranty processes and regulations • Acting as expert support for both facilities and general agents • Driving improvements in working methods, routines, and follow-up

Requirements

• High school diploma • Solid experience in warranty work within the automotive industry • Good understanding of manufacturer and general agent requirements related to warranties • Structured, analytical, and quality-conscious • Good communication skills and enjoys a supportive and coaching role • Self-driven and confident in a central specialist role • Good computer and phone skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office • Service-oriented with the ability to find sustainable and effective solutions • Goal- and result-oriented with a high personal drive • Valid driver's license (B)

Travel may be required in the position.

• Experience with the DMS system Kobra • Experience with BMW • Experience in project management
