Do you thrive on providing top-notch service and want to work with a well-known brand in beauty and e-commerce? Are you a quick learner, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to new systems easily? Then we have the part-time job for you!
On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a team member to support NordicFeel's customer service. You are expected to work up to full-time during the initial weeks for training and to relieve the team after the peak season. After that, shifts will be scheduled based on needs.
Your tasks will include, for example:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email in Dixa
- Categorizing and tagging inquiries for follow-up and statistics
- Managing customer reviews and feedback and ensuring it reaches the right internal teams
- Administering and following up on payments in Qliro
- You are a student at a post-secondary level, with at least 1 year left of your studies.
- You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- You have previous experience in customer service and good computer skills.
It is highly meritorious if you have previously worked with Visma, Ongoing, Litium, and/or Emarsys. As a person, you are service-oriented and systematic in your work approach. You have a customer focus and a flexible attitude. An interest in the products that NordicFeel offers is a plus.
Start date will be as soon as we find the right person for the role. During the upcoming period, you are expected to be available full-time. NordicFeel has its office in central Stockholm and operates during office hours. Long-term, there is the possibility of remote work.
