In your role as an administrator/legal advisor, you will utilize your expertise in several areas. You will primarily work with international and national legislative issues focusing on pharmaceuticals and medical technology, but also other related matters within the group for pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and pharmacies (LMA). The group handles issues related to pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and pharmacies, as well as related areas such as donations and transplants, life sciences, and cosmetics.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Preparing and analyzing materials for the government's positions in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy area.
  • Leading and participating in planning, implementation, and coordination of efforts within the subject area.
  • Drafting bills, letters, and departmental communications.
  • Handling ongoing tasks such as inquiries, interpellations, and letter responses.
  • Participating in international processes and contexts.
  • Contributing to the government's management of authorities.

Your Background

You have a law degree or other relevant education for the position, as well as experience working in the Government Offices, another government agency, region, or international organization. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have experience working with healthcare issues and within the public sector. Experience with issues related to pharmaceuticals and pharmacies as well as legislative work is also advantageous. Knowledge of the organization, functions, and working methods of the healthcare sector is also seen as a benefit.

You have good communicative and pedagogical abilities. We see that you have very good judgment and can make correct assessments when making decisions and prioritizing under time pressure. You also have a very good analytical ability.

We are looking for one or more employees. The work location is Stockholm. The employment is temporary for 12 months. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

A security clearance will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. You must be a Swedish citizen but may have a foreign background.
