Job Description

The HR unit's mission is to provide the municipality's managers with the best possible conditions to lead and develop their operations. As an HR consultant, your primary task is to provide qualified support throughout the entire competency supply process, including recruitment, onboarding, salary setting, work environment, rehabilitation, contract interpretation, and labor law advice.

You will be an important part of our HR unit, which consists of 11 dedicated employees within HR and payroll. Together, we work both operationally and strategically with the full range of HR issues. In this role, you will have a close and supportive dialogue with the municipality's managers while driving development and being responsible for certain municipality-wide HR processes. For us, development is a natural part of everyday life; we continuously work to improve and renew our HR processes, and you will have great opportunities to influence both direction and working methods.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Degree in Human Resources or another equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience working with broad and operational management support within HR
  • Experience in a similar role within a municipality or region
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Excellent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
