We are looking for the right person for our client, a fast-growing and entrepreneurial company where the pace is high, decision-making paths are short, and opportunities are vast. Here you will have the chance to step into a broad role in ongoing accounting while building the skills needed to grow further into accounting or controller roles.

The Role of Finance Accountant

As a Finance Accountant, you will be a central figure in the finance team of 6 people. You will work closely with the CFO and quickly gain responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support in monthly and annual closings
• Administration and follow-up of receipts, invoices, and payments
• Participation in improving and streamlining processes
• Ad hoc analyses and financial support to the business

This is a role where you can grow alongside the company. For the right person, there are clear development paths within both accounting and controlling.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive with us, you are a person with a lot of energy, self-drive, and a proactive working style. You enjoy taking responsibility, developing routines, and contributing new ideas. We believe you:

• Have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance (e.g., accounting, finance, or business administration)
• Have about 1 year of experience in finance work, either alongside your studies or after graduation
• Have a good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Speak fluent Swedish and English
• Are structured, meticulous, and curious
• Thrive in an environment where a lot is happening and where you can influence your own development
• Experience from entrepreneurial environments or fast-growing companies is a plus but not a requirement.
