We are looking for an Executive Assistant for an intensive assignment with a client in the Banking & Insurance sector. The role is operational and coordinating, responsible for creating structure, driving pace, and ensuring good communication between internal stakeholders and external consultants.

The nature of the assignment means that the role will likely require more than 8 hours a day and may involve work in the evenings and on weekends if necessary.

The role includes, among other things:

• Orchestrating internal work with the client through planning and booking meetings and workshops

• Preparing materials and documentation for reviews and calibrations with FL

• Managing internal communication, follow-up, and cohesion of activities

• Acting as a coordinator for the external consulting team

• Providing support and relief to the client's internal project managers

We are looking for someone who is:

• At least 2–4 years of experience from a reputable firm

• High-performing and comfortable working under high intensity

• Very available and willing to work unconventional hours if needed

• Experienced in Banking & Insurance

• Experience from cost programs and PMO
