The Women's-Children's Department includes BB Södertälje, the Children's and Adolescent Medicine Clinic (BUMM), as well as Gynecology and Women's Health.

Therefore, it is crucial that you have a high level of service, are resilient to stress, flexible, and interact with colleagues, managers, and staff in a professional and respectful manner.

Your qualifications:

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education that the employer finds relevant.
• You are familiar with the collective agreement General Terms (AB) and the Working Hours Act (ATL).
• You have good knowledge and experience in scheduling for doctors in around-the-clock operations regarding on-call and standby duties and reporting in personnel administration systems.
• You have good system understanding and experience with several digital systems.
• You have very good knowledge of Swedish and can communicate fluently in both speech and writing.

Meritorious:

• Experience in scheduling and reporting for doctors within the specialty of obstetrics and gynecology.
• Experience from the personnel administration system Heroma.

Employment form:
