We are now looking for a driven Executive Assistant for a business-critical and time-intensive strategic program.

This is a role for someone who is accustomed to a fast-paced environment, complex settings, and working closely with management, and who thrives on being the person who makes things happen under pressure.

Start: Preferably immediately
Scope: 100 %
Contract length: until April 2026, with the possibility of extension
Location: Stockholm
Selection and interviews are ongoing, short response time

You will serve as the operational hub of the program and support both the client's internal project management and external consultants.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Planning, coordinating, and booking meetings and workshops at the management level
• Preparation of decision and presentation materials for reviews and calibrations with company management
• Structure and responsibility for internal communication within the program
• Coordination with external consulting teams
• Ongoing support and relief to the client's internal project managers

The assignment is demanding. Periodically, work outside regular hours may be required, which necessitates high availability and flexibility.

We are looking for a junior consultant with a proven ability to deliver in high-pressure environments.

You have:

• 1–5 years of experience from a reputable consulting environment
• Experience from the banking/finance sector
• High work capacity and strong structure
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage parallel workflows
• Very high availability and professional flexibility

It is advantageous to have experience in:

• Project management, transformation, or cost programs

• Relevant academic education
• 1–3 years of experience in similar assignments
• Independent in execution within clear frameworks and with ongoing management
