About the Financial Controller position
As the Financial Controller for the TSS business area, you will be the central link between Indutrade's corporate function and the subsidiaries of the business area. You will get to know the companies in depth and build strong relationships with their finance functions, which allows you to gain insight and influence in the operations. It is a role where you take responsibility, develop structures, and at the same time be close to the business.

You play a central role in ensuring that the companies deliver high-quality financial reports, both on time and with the right content. You are also an important part of Indutrade's growth journey by being involved in the process when new companies are acquired. In the long run, we see you supporting due diligence, onboarding companies, and participating in board meetings.

The position is based at Indutrade's headquarters in Kista, and you report to the Head of Finance and Business Control for the business area. Some travel to subsidiaries in the Nordic countries and other parts of Europe may occur.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate, qualitative, and timely financial reporting from the subsidiaries
• Coordinate and quality review annual financial statements and reports
• Be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and presenting the financial results, trends, and developments of the business area
• Review and support the subsidiaries in forecasting and budgeting processes and contribute to improved forecast quality
• Drive and follow up on internal control work within the business area in collaboration with auditors
• Participate in acquisitions through onboarding of new companies

About you

Important for the position:

• Academic degree in economics, finance, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in a similar role or 4–6 years of experience in auditing
• Very good understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and internal control
• Meritorious with experience working in an international environment, preferably in a decentralized organization
• Meritorious with experience from entrepreneurial companies
• Interest in systems and very good skills in Excel
• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
