The Swedish Courts Authority is seeking a unit manager to lead and develop the work at the Unit for Business Development.

With the independence reform, the role of the Swedish Courts Authority is strengthened as a driving and supportive force in the development work of the courts and boards. In this work, the Unit for Business Development plays a central role. As a unit manager with us, you will become a key person in the continued development of operations within the Swedish judiciary.

We are looking for someone who is a regular judge and has experience as a manager with personnel responsibility. Experience in change management and driving cultural transformations is particularly meritorious. There is an opportunity for placement in Stockholm.
