On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Service Manager for a co-working hotel located north of Stockholm. The assignment is a consulting role starting immediately and initially lasts for 6 months, with the possibility of part-time or full-time work as agreed.

In the role of Service Manager, you will have a central and operational function responsible for ensuring a high level of service and a well-functioning daily operation in a dynamic and service-intensive environment.

• Overall responsibility for guest and member experience.
• Operational responsibility for the daily operations of the co-working hotel.
• Main contact for tenants, members, and partners.
• Coordination and follow-up of suppliers.
• Ensure that premises, meeting rooms, and common areas maintain high quality.
• Handling of service requests, deviations, and problem-solving.
• Planning and execution of events and community activities.
• Collaboration with property owners and internal functions at the client.

Our client is one of Sweden's largest property companies, with a strong focus on modern workplaces, sustainability, and attractive environments for people and businesses. The assignment is located in a representative and development-oriented property north of Stockholm.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service and social competence. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, which places high demands on collaboration and communication skills.

You thrive in a varied everyday life, are self-driven, and have an easy time planning and prioritizing your work. You are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and confident in a role where you are expected to take responsibility and make decisions in daily operations.

• Relevant post-secondary education.
• Experience in a similar service role.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Understanding of the property owner's perspective and customer relationships.
