Sveaviken Property Management is looking for a Financial Controller who wants to take full responsibility for accounting, analysis, and financial management related to clients' property portfolios. Sveaviken PM's clients include property developers, institutional property owners, and funds. The role is central, and you will work closely with clients, portfolio managers, and company accountants.

As a Financial Controller, you will manage reporting, ensure quality, and analyze figures in depth. You will drive development, find more efficient ways to work, and contribute with smart insights when processes and systems need improvement.

And since some things are clearest in bullet points, here are some of your key responsibilities:

• Coordinate property accounting, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, and year-end closing work
• Ensure quality in accounting, analysis, and reporting
• Deepen analyses of results, cash flow, key figures, and deviations
• Manage budget, forecasts, and multi-year planning
• Follow up on investments, project accounting, and activations
• Ensure correct handling of rental income, VAT, and property-related tax issues
• Support management and operations with data that truly helps them move forward
• Be responsible for communication with auditors as well as audits and annual reports

You will report to the CFO and have many points of contact within the organization. You have several years of experience in qualified accounting and controlling within the real estate industry, and you thrive in the intersection of structure, analysis, and advisory. You appreciate order and clarity and are used to working both independently and collaboratively. You are pedagogical, unpretentious, and enjoy contributing to the improvement of the entire team. And Excel? You are more than friends with the formulas.
