We are now looking for a Financial Controller to join the SC-E E-mobility Business Control team. This role is a temporary position during a parental leave and has a clear focus on financial reporting, monitoring, and quality assurance.

You will be part of the SC-E E-mobility Business Control team and will also collaborate with the Sales & Operations Management team, the Business Control team, accounting, and the Swedish organization. In this role, you will support the Director and the Sales & Operations Sweden (S&O SE) department within the E-Mobility business area with all controlling-related tasks, including reporting, plan-to-perform processes (business plan, forecast, and KPI monitoring), financial analysis, and decision support. You will also act as a senior advisor to the Business Unit Controller for E-Mobility on overarching controlling and governance issues.

You will be responsible for all business controlling areas related to E-Mobility within S&O Sweden, including but not limited to:

• Business planning and goal/target processes
• Forecasting work
• KPI monitoring and analysis
• Monthly closing
• Management and leadership reporting
• Maintenance and further development of financial models
• Advising and supporting the Business Unit Controller in governance, improvement initiatives, and ad hoc analyses

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in financial controlling/accounting
• Very good understanding of closing processes and financial reporting
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Experience from the energy sector
• Experience in e-mobility-related finance or controlling
