Within the area of Repayment Development, which will be part of the agency's fraud prevention department, you will be part of a unit with other business developers located in two locations in Sweden. Our mission includes investigating and analyzing change needs and reporting and planning how they will be implemented. In daily work, you will develop and manage the agency's business products to best support the administrative operations.
Business Development, Analysis, and Internal Collaboration
As a business developer, you are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to the realization of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's vision and business idea. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and translate them into concrete activities.
You will be part of a team that jointly plans and implements development activities with and without IT elements. The team is responsible for conducting long-term development work and ongoing management of existing business products. The work also includes participating in various networks and, among other things, taking part in preparations, follow-ups, and annual reports.
This is a job for you who want to work in a team-based environment with various types of assignments.
We are looking for someone who
- has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
- has several years of experience in the relevant field and/or business development
- has experience in implementing new working methods and regulations
- has good knowledge of project management and various forms of collaboration
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- has the ability to create a useful network
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has good communication skills, both orally and in writing.
It is an advantage if you
- have experience in writing reports
- have experience with agile working methods
- have experience working in a large public organization
- have experience in driving large development initiatives
- have experience in process development
- have experience in legal work.

Other
A permanent, full-time position, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the work allows it. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. The place of employment is Stockholm.
