At Chas, we are now looking for an HR generalist who wants to take full responsibility for both HR work and communication in a growing and value-driven consulting company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work closely with the business and support managers and employees in matters related to recruitment, labor law, work environment, onboarding, and skills development.

In addition, you will be responsible for internal and external communication, including social media, intranet, and web. You play an important role in strengthening our employer brand, our culture, and how we communicate both internally and externally.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in broad HR work
• Has good knowledge of labor law issues
• Has an understanding of IT operations and preferably experience from the consulting industry
• Enjoys dialogue with managers and employees and is confident in an advisory role
• Has an interest in or experience with communication, employer branding, and digital channels
