About the position
On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Project Administrator for an assignment starting immediately. The company operates in a critical industry focused on operations and maintenance. They build and maintain trams, railways, and subways. In this role, you will support the administrative work and be part of a team consisting of technicians, supervisors, and project managers.
The assignment is a consultancy role where you will be employed as a consultant with us at Wrknest and work on-site at the client. The assignment is for 12 months with a chance for extension and permanent recruitment.
Your future tasks
The role of Project Administrator will be varied and involves supporting supervisors and managing the administrative process to streamline the company's after-sales work. You will, among other things, collect documentation and report to the client, manage diaries from fieldwork, assist with invoicing, take notes during meetings, and generally provide administrative support to other operational staff.
We are looking for someone who has
Experience in similar administrative tasks
Fluent language skills in Swedish and English
Good knowledge of the Office suite
Experience with some form of business system
Additionally, you should be used to working independently and enjoy taking your own initiatives, while also being a team player and service-minded. It is also important that you are structured and meticulous in your work.

Start: Immediately
Location: Västberga, Stockholm
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Employment type: Consultancy for 12 months, with a chance for extension and permanent recruitment.
