About the Role
Are you a true spirit of joy who is passionate about service and enjoys new challenges? We are now looking for a driven and engaged Customer Service Representative (Receptionist) for our client, one of Europe's leading consulting firms in architecture and engineering, with offices across the country. This position is located at our client's beautiful office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm.

As a Customer Service Representative, you always keep your eyes and ears open and are the one who picks up on needs in the office to create the best workplace experience. You maintain good relationships with the client and are the natural contact for operational questions regarding office management. With professionalism and engagement, you find the best service solutions and ensure they are carried out in an efficient and service-focused manner.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving, forwarding, registering, and resolving fault reports as needed.
  • Planning and performing daily operational tasks such as office service and simple moves.
  • Distributing mail and packages.
  • Managing keys and access cards.
  • Placing orders (e.g., office supplies, service services, etc.).
  • Conducting office rounds and refilling coffee and fruit.
  • Supporting the reception desk as needed.

You are accommodating and professional in your interactions with colleagues and guests, and you have the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Flexibly switching between different tasks energizes you, and a natural sense for service is one of your strengths. In this role, we appreciate that you enjoy a mix of physical and administrative service.

Requirements for the Role

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment.
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).

About the Employment

  • Contract: Fixed-term employment until January 2027 with a possibility of extension.
  • Hours: 100% full-time.
  • Start date: Immediately.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.
