Advisory is Coromatic’s Nordic consulting business, delivering services within Strategy, Performance Improvement, and Risk Management. We help our customers make well-founded decisions to maintain a strong, efficient, and secure operation even under challenging circumstances.

About the role

Coromatic Advisory is in an expansion phase where we are looking for experienced employees who can strengthen our team. Our consultants primarily work with strategic advisory. We improve our customers' operations by, among other things, developing requirement specifications, concepts, and business cases for investments, reviewing assets and facilities from a lifecycle perspective, conducting risk and vulnerability analyses, and creating continuity plans.

In your role, you will work with advisory, sales, and delivery to the customer. You will have close contact with our departments for Sales, Technology & Design, Project, Operations, and Service, and ensure that the customer feels secure with Coromatic as a supplier. You are expected to act as an advisor with a focus on the customer's needs and benefits, sell yourself and Advisory's services, and contribute to developing and marketing Advisory's offerings. You will work in multifunctional teams on parallel projects.

Your main responsibilities

• Relevant post-secondary education in a technical field or equivalent work experience
• At least five years of experience as a consultant where you have worked with advisory/consulting
• Good proficiency in using the Office package
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience from the data center industry, IT industry, real estate industry, or another technical industry is advantageous

We are looking for you who have a well-developed analytical ability. You are used to collaborating with others and working in teams. You are thorough and efficient in carrying out your tasks and clear and concise in your communication. You can plan your time and understand working for the customer's best interest. We place great emphasis on social skills as the work is primarily performed at the customer's site and together with colleagues. You have an understanding of what customers value in terms of quality and service and feel confident presenting in front of groups.

The position is security classified, which in this case requires Swedish citizenship and a passed security clearance and background check. The security clearance is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act (2018:585).

As part of our responsibility within the total defense, the position may be subject to wartime assignment. This means that in the event of heightened alert or war, you will be called upon to maintain Coromatic's socially vital operations related to your position.
