We are now looking for a receptionist for our client, one of Europe's leading consulting firms within architecture and engineering, with offices in several locations across the country. This position is located at the client's beautiful office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm.

In this role, you are not just the face of the company, but you build relationships throughout the building with everyone you meet daily – always driven by surprising and inspiring service! Together with your colleagues, you lay the foundation for a positive and memorable impression, spreading well-being and warmth in the office.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Welcome, guide, and register visitors
  • Arrange transportation, taxis, couriers, etc.
  • Supervise the foyer/entrance and ensure it is kept in order
  • Handle phone calls and emails
  • Manage post and courier services
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Support the rest of the service team as needed

Who are you? With your welcoming personality, initiative, and structured way of working, you always go the extra mile to deliver first-class service. Having your guests and customers come first is second nature to you, and with your high sense of service, you ensure a warm and professional welcome as well as a pleasant and stimulating work environment for everyone you interact with. You have prior good knowledge and experience with the Office suite and an easy understanding of administrative processes.

Requirements for the role

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Completed upper secondary education

About the employment

  • Employment: Fixed-term contract until October 30, 2026, with a high chance of extension
  • Scope: 100% full-time
  • Start date: August 24, 2026
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30
