About the role

The role of Staffing & Service Assistant gives you the opportunity to kick-start your career in staffing! You will be part of the office's sharp staffing team that works with our student pools and staffs some of our largest customers. This is a role with significant personal responsibility where you will see the results of your work directly. Although much of the work is done independently, you are engaged together with the team in your common goals and results. The role involves a flexible part-time job that, throughout your studies, provides you with income, merit-worthy experience, and a wealth of new contacts.

Your manager and your development

Your manager is Jennie Jonsson, who works as Staffing Service Manager. In dialogue with your direct manager, you plan your working hours based on the office's needs. We have chosen to have operational managers so that you receive the best support in your role. In your role as Staffing Service Assistant, you will develop through our training program, Training Program. You determine your own career paths with us, and we provide the prerequisites.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for staffing existing consultants based on our customers' needs.
  • Work proactively with customers to plan future needs and map consultants' availability.
  • Schedule personnel and resolve scheduling gaps in cases of sick leave, resignations, and consultant delays.
  • Responsible for a number of customer pools. This includes developing the business together with the responsible Consultant Manager and Account Manager by following up on the pools and initiating and executing actions to achieve fully satisfied customers and consultants.
  • Work with documentation of activities related to the pools to ensure qualitative internal processes.

Required experience

  • Are a student and graduate no earlier than January 2028, preferably in personnel, economics, or similar. Since we view this position long-term, we prefer that you do not plan to go on exchange or have an internship.
  • Have previous experience in service and customer contact.
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good English skills, as the duties involve much contact with customers and consultants in both languages.

Desired experience

  • Experience with administrative tasks.

Start: Immediately
Scope: Approx. 10 hours/week, occasional weekend work approx. one weekend per month.
Location: Stockholm
