About the assignment

The Swedish Work Environment Authority is facing extensive development work within our digital channels, particularly the website av.se. At the same time, daily communication work needs to continue with high quality. Therefore, we are now looking for two digital communicators who can strengthen the Communications Unit during autumn 2026.

You will be part of the Section for Digital Channels, where eight competent and engaged employees work with the development, management and analysis of the authority's digital channels.

In the role, you will work with developing, managing and optimizing content in our digital channels. You ensure that the content is tailored to target groups, accessible, search-optimized and user-friendly. The work includes both content production and ongoing publishing as well as the development of our digital communication efforts.

We are looking for two profiles

Digital Communicator – External Communication

The focus is on the Swedish Work Environment Authority's external website av.se. You work on developing content that meets users' needs and contributes to making the authority's information easy to find, understand and use.

Digital Communicator – Internal Communication

The focus is on our intranet and internal communication. You contribute to creating clear, relevant and engaging communication that strengthens information flows, collaboration and operational development internally.

Your main tasks

• Create, edit and publish content in digital channels
• Tailor and quality-assure texts for target groups
• Work with search engine optimization (SEO) and accessibility
• Package content through text, image and, if necessary, film
• Analyze user behavior and the effectiveness of channels
• Contribute to the development and optimization of digital channels
• Collaborate closely with operations to create communication that supports the organization's goals

We are looking for you who have

• A university degree in media and communication or other equivalent education
• At least five years of experience in similar work as a digital communicator
• Good knowledge of digital communication and social media
• Experience with web publishing tools, such as Episerver, Optimizely or Sitevision
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Matomo, Piwik Pro or Siteimprove
• Knowledge of the development and optimization of digital channels
• Good understanding of usability and digital accessibility
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of clear language (klarspråk)

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience of using communication as a strategic tool to achieve operational goals
• Ability to switch between strategic work and operational implementation
• Experience in building strong collaborations and creating trusting relationships in complex organizations
