About the Assignment
We are looking for a recruitment partner for a government agency in Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia, starting on August 17, 2026, and ending on December 30, 2026. The position is full-time (100%), and you will work during office hours at the client's office in Stockholm.

Your Responsibilities
As a recruitment partner, it is important that you have high digital maturity and can easily navigate common systems such as Outlook, Word, OneNote, etc. You should have a good ability to plan, administer, and structure your work. It is important that you can communicate in a consultative and professional manner.
Furthermore, you will:
- Support the unit with recruitment activities.
- Work together with the employees in the unit on tasks within the entire recruitment process.
Your Qualifications
- Education in HR or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways.
- Current experience in independently driving recruitment processes (from requirement profile to employment basis) in an internal consultative role, preferably from a large organization.
- Experience in handling and coordinating volume recruitments where more than 10 candidates are to be hired.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Experience working in a standardized and evidence-based recruitment process, e.g., ISO-certified.
- You take responsibility for your work performance and your contribution to the whole.
- You adapt to change and unforeseen events.
- You take initiative for development and contribute to improvement.
Meritorious
- Experience in interpreting and administering work psychological selection tests.
- Experience recruiting in the public sector.
- Experience working in the recruitment system Varbi.
- Certification in one or more test tools related to recruitment and selection.
- Experience from working at a government agency.
