The Assignment

As a project administrator, you will be a central part of the project team and work closely with other project members. You will be responsible for creating structure and quality in the project's administrative processes.

Your tasks will include coordinating, planning, and following up on activities within the project, such as administering internal and external meetings, writing minutes, managing documentation, and ensuring order throughout the project's lifecycle. You will create and maintain routines for reporting and follow-up.

The work requires independence, attention to detail, and good communication skills. You will be an important link for the project to run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has: A high school diploma. Experience working as a project administrator or relevant work experience in administration, customer contact, and project follow-up. Familiarity with working according to routines and processes. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Meritorious:

If you have worked on large construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects, we see it as a plus. Knowledge of case and document management systems. A university degree in a relevant field.

As a person, we believe you are meticulous, structured, service-oriented, and flexible. You have an easy time building trust and enjoy collaborating in various project groups.
