About the position

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented administrator for a long-term assignment with one of Umeå's larger employers.

📍 Location: Stockholm City

🕒 Scope: Full-time

As an administrator, you will primarily be responsible for the company's main switchboard, Social Media, and also provide support to the business in the daily operations at the office in central Stockholm. The role is both broad and varied, with daily contact with colleagues, customers, and partners.

This is the role for you if you enjoy meeting people, creating a good atmosphere, and providing a professional reception where everyone feels seen and appreciated.

Common tasks:

  • Handling the switchboard and receiving visitors

  • Posting incoming invoices and simpler financial administration

  • Receiving and dispatching goods deliveries

  • Booking and administration of business trips

  • Managing registers and documentation in internal systems

  • Administrative support to managers and employees

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • High school education, preferably with an administrative or economic focus

  • Several years of experience in administrative work, preferably with switchboard functions

  • Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Experience with financial systems or invoice management is a plus
