Hotel Zinkensdamm is located in beautiful Södermalm, amidst green surroundings, allotments, and winding walking paths. We have 87 hotel rooms, 58 hostel rooms, conference facilities, and a restaurant. We are part of a family-owned group with a total of three businesses.

We are now looking for a meticulous and dedicated finance assistant who wants to be part of our wonderful team. The position is part-time (75%) with a start date to be agreed upon and is suitable for those who want to work in a pleasant work environment with helpful colleagues and an open atmosphere.

As a finance assistant, you will be an important part of the finance function and work with all businesses in the group. Your tasks will include accounts payable and receivable, ongoing bookkeeping, invoicing and payments, as well as bank and account reconciliations. You will also assist with monthly and annual financial closings. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in the finance department and other departments on finance-related issues.

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in finance or equivalent experience, and who has previously worked as a finance assistant. You have a good understanding of bookkeeping and financial flows, are accustomed to working in financial systems, and have strong Excel skills. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
