In your role as a Payroll Consultant

As a Payroll Consultant with us at Keeper, you will have a central role where you are responsible for the entire payroll process from start to finish. You will be responsible for specific customer assignments and handle payroll management for companies in various exciting industries across Sweden. You will be part of a payroll team with high competence and engagement.

Your tasks include;

• Being responsible for specific customer assignments where you can independently manage payroll processes and related tasks.

• Maintaining contact with customers regarding payroll-related questions.

• Providing simple advice and identifying areas for improvement for efficiency.

• Booking and holding customer meetings to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Contributing to the development of internal processes and making us better.

• Communicating expectations and pricing questions with customers when necessary.

• Supporting and developing more junior colleagues.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education or equivalent real competence.

• Has at least two years of work experience in payroll-related jobs.

• Has experience working with and interpreting collective agreements.

• Has the ability to work independently and deliver high quality and good service.

• Prefers a team-based working style.

• Is innovative and brings development and improvement suggestions.

• Has good knowledge in spoken and written Swedish and English.

Meritorious

• Experience with Crona payroll or Fortnox.

• Previous experience in an agency.

• Experience working with collective agreements, especially the Construction Agreement.
