We are now looking for a Business Developer to our head office at Martin & Servera Logistik in Kungsholmen. The role is based in Martin & Servera Logistik, within the Development & Strategy function, and you will work broadly with a strategic mission to develop and improve working methods that strengthen both efficiency and business – with a particular focus on sales-related and commercial processes. The role involves many points of contact within the organization, and you will work closely with both management and operations. Therefore, you should be accustomed to navigating larger organizations and be able to build trust effectively.

To succeed in this role, you need to be analytical and structured, and enjoy a position where you both challenge and support the business to achieve common goals.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Drive and lead business development with a focus on commercial processes and working methods within the sales organization.
• Develop and improve processes at the intersection of sales, strategic purchasing, and logistics.
• Analyze business flows, identify development needs, and prepare decision-making materials for management and steering groups.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and development projects.
• Ensure that new working methods and processes are implemented, followed up, and create the desired effect.
• Be a strategic support in matters concerning commercial development, structure, and governance.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Post-secondary education in areas such as economics, industrial economics, or logistics.
• Several years of experience in business development, operational development, or strategic improvement work.
• Experience working with the development of sales processes, commercial working methods, or business models.
• Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
