About Samhall

In Sweden, 250,000 people with disabilities lack a job to go to. That is why Samhall exists – to create meaningful jobs for those who are outside the labor market. Our vision is "A labor market where everyone is seen as an asset" and we believe that you who are reading this feel just as strongly about those words as we do. For us, inclusion and development are at the core of everything we do.

We are 24,000 employees, of which about 1,500 are managers and specialists, with operations across the country. Together, we work for a more inclusive labor market that benefits individuals, organizations, and society at large.

We are now looking for a driven and committed Business Controller who wants to make a difference. If you are passionate about numbers and analysis, and want to be part of our journey towards a more inclusive labor market, this is the position for you.

Welcome to Samhall!

About the position

In the role of Business Controller with us, you will be an important support to managers within Region North, which stretches from Kiruna in the north to Visby in the south.

As a Business Controller, you will have a broad and developing role where you support the business with budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and analysis. You will be part of the company's national controller network where you will both lead and participate in projects as well as drive the development of routines and working methods. An important part of the role is to educate managers in the financial area and to explain finance to non-financial people. You will work with profitability analysis and provide materials for strategic decisions.

You contribute with your experience and are driven, used to working independently and taking initiative. You also find it easy to collaborate with others and feel comfortable in management group contexts.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration

  • At least 5 years of experience as a controller

  • Very good analytical skills and the ability to see the business from a holistic perspective

  • Strategic mindset and the ability to translate analysis into action

  • High IT competence, including advanced Power BI and Excel skills

  • The ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically

  • Experience in leading and participating in projects

  • Driver's license B
