Atavio is now looking for a driven Technical Field Sales Representative where the role is combined, primarily visiting customers in the electrical industry as a technical salesperson and stepping in for lighter service and commissioning when needed.

About the role

In this varied role, you will primarily work with technical sales, responsible for developing and nurturing customer relationships while also working with service at the customer's site.

As a field salesperson, you provide advice to our customers regarding product selection and come up with technical solutions. You have a technical interest and can easily handle business systems/CRM, and you are meticulous and structured.

Your primary responsibilities:

• Sales of Atavio's products and services
• Quote follow-up
• Customer visits, technical advice, and needs analysis

Your secondary responsibilities:

• Commissioning of emergency lighting systems
• Some service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is technically knowledgeable in sales, responsible, flexible, confident in customer dialogue, and can work independently. You should be meticulous, structured, and accountable. You should have a good ability to translate technical knowledge into customer relations and understand governing processes.

As a person, you are curious to learn and are a methodical problem solver driven by delivering high-quality work with a high level of service. You thrive in a varied environment where you independently plan, structure, and deliver your commitments with the customer in focus. Good collaboration skills are a valued trait, and for you, it is natural to support and build trust both internally and externally in a humble manner. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

We believe you have:

• Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service
• Good communication skills and social competence
• Ability to work solution-oriented and customer-focused
• Experience with administrative tasks and meticulous documentation
• Electrical engineering education or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working with lighting systems
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical drawings
• Independent working style and good structure
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Very good command of English
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• General electrical authorization
• Experience with business systems/CRM
• Experience with backup power, battery systems, or UPS
• Knowledge of Polish
