About the Role

As a Cashier Leader, you have the operational responsibility for the cash line and ensure that the work flows efficiently, professionally, and with a high level of service.

You are responsible for:

• Leading and distributing the daily work in the cash area

• Ensuring efficient payment flows and high quality in cash operations

• Coaching and supporting employees in customer interaction and work methods

• Following up on routines, structure, and staffing

• Actively working towards the store's goals, vision, and quality standards

You are present in the operations and lead by being a role model in every customer interaction.

Part of your shifts will also involve working as a front desk attendant, where you ensure that every customer receives a welcoming and positive start to their visit – through presence, clarity, and a professional approach.

Working Hours

Full-time

Shifts are usually opening or closing (Opening 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, closing 1:30 PM - 10:05 PM)

Both weekends and weekdays.

Temporary position for 1 year with good opportunities for further development within the organization.

• Has a coaching and engaging leadership style

• Is passionate about customer interaction and understands that details make the whole
