Your Role

As a Supplier Data Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, structure, and integrity of supplier data in Sobi's ERP system IFS 10. This is a newly established role, which means you will have an active role in developing processes, governance, and ways of working, especially in connection with the upgrade from IFS 10 to IFS Cloud.

You will be a central point of contact for supplier data issues and will work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Compliance, both locally and internationally.

Main Responsibilities

ERP Project & Data Migration

• Participate in the project to upgrade from IFS 10 to IFS Cloud
• Master data cleaning and harmonization of supplier registers
• Ensure correct migration of supplier data
• Improve current ways of working regarding supplier data

Supplier Data Management

• Manage internal and external cases in ServiceNow
• Create, update, and maintain supplier registers in IFS
• Ensure that data is complete, correct, and compliant
• Conduct regular quality checks and follow-ups

Process & Governance

• Develop and implement standardized procedures for onboarding and validation
• Ensure that supplier data complies with internal policies and external regulations
• Drive improvement work within data governance

Stakeholder Management

• Be the primary contact for supplier data issues globally
• Coordinate with internal teams for efficient supplier setup
• Provide guidance on best practices and data standards

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare reports on data quality and compliance
• Support internal and external audits
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in finance or procurement
• Very comfortable with Office 365, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably IFS)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Scope: Full-time

Period: 30/3-2026 - 28/2-2027, full-time consultancy assignment with a chance of extension
