About the position
Our client is a growing tech company that is now ready for the next step - to develop and structure the sales process. They want to take a more strategic approach to sales and are therefore looking for a driven and business-minded person who, in close collaboration with the CEO, will play a key role in shaping and driving the sales efforts forward. The role combines elements of executive assistance with practical and strategic sales focus – perfect for you who want to be involved from the start and make a real difference.
You will be offered

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline, prospecting new customers, and processing incoming inquiries. You will work tactically with various channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn to create a modern sales process. The role also involves simpler budget work and content distribution on LinkedIn.
You will have close collaboration with the CEO, who is also the founder of the company, which gives you great opportunities to develop and gain significant insight into entrepreneurship.
- Be involved in developing the company's sales function and CRM
- Work with prospecting, pipeline building, and incoming inquiries
- Work tactically and channel-mixed via phone, email, and social media
- Contribute to simpler marketing and budget work
- Act as a close support to the CEO in sales-related matters
- Work operationally with marketing and continuously improve customer-related processes and methods.
We are looking for someone who
- Is self-driven and eager to develop
- Has an interest in sales, tech, and entrepreneurship
- Is studying at a post-secondary level in business administration, sales, or equivalent and will graduate no earlier than January 2027
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
- Is fearless in customer dialogues and has a willingness to learn
- Has work experience dealing with customers
