About the Role

We are now looking for a Manager RE&FM Service Management for our Real Estate & Facility Management organization.

Real Estate & Facility Management is a Shared Service organization responsible for Vattenfall's leased and owned office properties in the Nordic region, as well as all services required for workplaces to function well. This includes responsibility for lease agreements, property services, and maintenance, as well as workplace services such as security, access control, cleaning, office supplies, mail handling, furnishing, and other support functions.

As a Manager RE&FM Service Management, you will play a central role in ensuring that our services meet the needs of the business and are delivered in a structured and efficient manner. You will be responsible for end-to-end processes related to service delivery and contribute to creating clarity in the interface between internal customer needs and operational delivery.

The role involves close collaboration with Business Areas (BA), Units (BU), and Staff Functions (SF), where you capture needs and translate them into requirements for services and delivery.

You will report to the Director RE&FM Nordic and lead a team of approximately five Service Managers in the areas of:

• Real Estate
• Facility Management
• Security
• Quality, Environment & Safety

Service Management serves as a governing function in the delivery line within our matrix organization and contributes to the coordination and development of services from a Nordic perspective.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Ownership of the service catalog and service definitions
• Ensuring clear governance models at the interface with internal customers (BA/BU/SF)
• Capturing needs and translating them into delivery requirements within RE&FM Operations
• Contributing to the coordination and standardization of services within RE&FM Nordic
• Monitoring service performance, for example regarding cost-effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Contributing to business planning and creating transparency over the Nordic delivery
• Developing services in line with the purpose of Shared Service within Vattenfall – quality, cost, and compliance through standardization
• 
  
• The role also involves close collaboration with external suppliers and contributes to ensuring that service delivery works in practice – both from a business and operational perspective.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in a relevant field
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Experience from shared service operations or similar structure
• Experience in supplier management or monitoring of service delivery (e.g., SLA or performance governance)
• Experience in leading teams, preferably with responsibility for specialists or other leaders

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Experience from real estate or FM-related operations
• Experience in governance or control models
• Experience in financial monitoring such as controlling or investment assessments
• Experience from operations with high security or compliance requirements
