We are now looking for a colleague to join our Customer Service in Sweden who wants to help our guests and continue to develop customer service. You will be an important piece of the puzzle in the team, and together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from our guests via email and social media. You will be stationed in Sweden but have colleagues in Norway, Denmark, and Finland, who work with customer service locally in their respective languages.

We are located in new, fantastic offices in the Waterfront Building in central Stockholm.

About the role

You will be part of the customer service team that answers inquiries from our guests via email, social media, and sometimes phone. You will have colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, but will primarily work with the Swedish market.

Our customer service is open on weekdays from 08:00–19:00 and on weekends from 11:00–19:00. However, the opening hours may change over time to ensure that we meet the needs of the business.

The position is part-time, approximately 16 hours per week, starting with a 6-month probationary period, and includes weekend work every other weekend.

As a customer service employee, you will respond to inquiries from our guests via email and in our social media channels. Your task is to ensure satisfied guests in Sweden and that we develop for the guest in close collaboration with the other countries.

The role involves being proactive, solution-focused, and having a positive mindset. There are great opportunities to influence and develop as we continuously renew and improve our processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and work with inquiries in all our channels
  • Be professional and create wow-service for everyone who contacts us
  • Provide initiatives on how we can develop customer service moving forward
  • Work with our KPIs to maintain a high guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with restaurants and colleagues at HQ for quick and guest-friendly solutions

We would like you to have previous experience working in a McDonald's restaurant.

To succeed and thrive in the role, we believe you have:

  • A passion for service
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience working in a McDonald's restaurant
  • Computer skills, system familiarity, and good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Completed high school education

Working hours:
