Assistant Site Manager at SATS 💪

Do you love working with people and ensuring everything runs smoothly? As an Assistant Site Manager at SATS, you will support the Site Manager in the daily operations of the gym, with a strong focus on cleanliness, sales, and member service. Your job is to ensure that the gym is welcoming, well-maintained, and provides the best experience for our members.

When the Site Manager is away, you will take over the responsibility to ensure everything functions as usual. If you enjoy an active and varied role where no day is the same, this could be the job for you!

We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager at 80% for SATS Älvsjö, starting May 1st.

Your responsibilities: 🌟

• Ensure a clean and safe gym: Make sure all areas are cleaned, well-maintained, and meet SATS high standards.

• Drive sales and growth: Collaborate with the team to welcome new members, promote services, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Provide outstanding member service: Be present in the gym and reception, answer questions, and ensure every member feels valued.

• Support daily operations: Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Work flexible hours: Your shifts may vary between early mornings, late evenings, and weekends to ensure the best possible presence at the gym.
