Job Responsibilities

As one of two purchasers, you will play an important role in our continued growth. The work is customer order-driven, which means close contact with both internal and external parties to ensure the right materials at the right time and at the right price. You will work broadly with both operational and strategically oriented purchasing tasks and collaborate closely with production planning, KAM, and other functions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Customer order-driven ongoing purchasing and handling inquiries to our suppliers
• Negotiation of prices, quantities, and delivery times
• Maintenance of the business system Pyramid (prices, lead times, order points, etc.)
• Monitoring of KPIs such as inventory turnover, delivery precision, and cost development
• Coordination with KAM and production
• Active communication with suppliers in Swedish and English
• Driving and developing the use of the business system
• Improving processes and routines
• Strategic elements, such as supplier evaluation, terms optimization, cost analysis, etc.

A technical interest – particularly in electronics or electrical engineering – is an advantage.

We prefer that you have experience in similar tasks and thrive in a role where you can combine daily purchasing work with strategic elements. You enjoy working closely with the business, developing supplier relationships, and contributing to both efficiencies and long-term improvements.

• Business-oriented, forward-thinking, and curious, with a desire to grow in a broad purchasing role
• Confident in operational purchasing and interested in more strategic influence, such as supplier evaluation and cost analysis
• Analytical, structured, and meticulous in your work approach
• Communicative and used to collaborating with many contact points
• Familiar with working in business systems and have good knowledge of Excel
• A good communicator in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
