About the roleAs an Account Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process with a focus on phone calls, video calls, and digital meetings. The role requires previous sales experience, preferably in B2B and/or B2C. You work with both small local businesses and well-known brands across the country, building long-term business relationships.
Your main responsibilities:- Sales of job ads to companies and organizations (B2B)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and nurture customer relationships through continuous follow-up
- Work towards clear goals – and exceed them
- Fixed base salary + generous commission with no cap
- Clear career path within sales, customer responsibility, and/or leadership

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, driven, and wants to win – but who is also a team player. You are self-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented. Additionally, you have:
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form
- Comfort in using the phone as your primary work tool
