About the role

As a cashier, you will work with:

• Cash handling and payment flows
• Personal, professional, and warm customer service
• Contributing to a positive experience for every customer – from the first greeting to the checkout
• Actively working towards the store's vision, goals, and quality standards

Part of each shift (about 2 hours) you will work as a door host, where you:

• Welcome customers with a smile and create a positive first impression
• Hand out shopping baskets and be available for questions
• Contribute to a calm, welcoming flow into the store
• Ensure that every guest has a safe and pleasant start to their visit

Working hours

• 32 hours per week
• Shifts are usually scheduled between 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with varying lengths
• Every other weekend: Saturday & Sunday from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about service and meeting people
• Is calm, composed, and professional even when the pace is high
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working towards common goals
• Takes responsibility, is detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Enjoys being the face of the store
• Previous experience in cash handling or retail is required, but the right attitude and sense of service are the most important.
