ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant on behalf of our client. The assignment is part-time with an immediate start and will continue during your study period with the ambition of a full-time position with the client after graduation, provided that all parties are satisfied.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Purchasing Assistant, you play an important role in ensuring competitive supplier solutions. You will work closely with experienced strategic buyers and contribute to effective processes. The role is administratively and analytically demanding but also varied, allowing you to combine strategic thinking with operational work in a business-oriented environment.

Your main tasks include implementing new agreements, maintaining purchasing systems and price catalogs, as well as managing ongoing supplier contacts and contract issues. You will play a central role in supporting the strategic buyers and handling the organization's daily purchasing-related matters.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying a relevant university degree (economics, engineering, or another equivalent we assess) and has a maximum of one year left of your studies
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel)
