About the job

Position: Part-time employment as needed.

Start date: According to agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but referring to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 16 years old due to the nature of the tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

We are now looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Märsta C, and who can work extra as needed. The perfect job for you who are studying or have another occupation and want to work a little more. Many of our current employees started with a part-time job – a great opportunity to try working in a store! The position simply means that you contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience.

• Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the store.
• You unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• You help our customers at the checkout or any of our other checkout options.
• Once you have worked for a while, you actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.

• It’s an advantage if you have worked in a store or in service, but it’s not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
