About the position as Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager at Seriline, you will have overall responsibility for a specific business segment from the first dialogue to closing the deal and further developing the customer relationship. You will work with both new and existing customers and be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships through network sales, advisory dialogues, and business development.
You are a visible representative of Seriline and enjoy educating and challenging customers, for example through presentations, meetings, and webinars. The role involves travel and close collaboration with internal teams such as product, technology, and delivery.
Your main responsibilities:
· Drive business development from start to finish, from prospecting to closing
· Work with both new and existing customers, identify the right decision-makers, and manage multiple stakeholders at the customer
· Challenge existing ways of working with customers using Seriline's solutions
· Educate and build knowledge and relationships around Seriline's solutions for a broader audience of public and private customers, particularly within the Swedish base industry
About you
We are looking for someone with strong experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles within IT, technology, or service sales. You are used to working independently with the entire sales process and have a good understanding of how to create value for different types of customers. You have the ability and willingness to travel for work and communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
As a person, you are trustworthy and socially skilled. You enjoy being in a central role and driving dialogues, both in smaller meetings and larger forums. You are curious, business-driven, and thrive on taking initiative, building networks, and creating new contacts.
Important for the position is:
· Experience in business development or consultative B2B sales
· Proven track record of selling technical solutions
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
· Drive, energy, and willingness to close deals
