About the assignment

In this role, you will:

• Manage administration in the operational system StudyAlong.

• Receive and handle incoming cases via Easit Go.

• Collaborate with both municipal and private providers in the education sector.

• Support management as an administrative resource.

• Be a sounding board on issues regarding course offerings, student management, and internal processes.

• The work involves handling personal data in accordance with GDPR.

You will play an important role in creating smooth workflows and good quality communication with students, guardians, and providers.

Expected results

You will deliver structured, professional administrative support during the assignment period, with ongoing coordination with the responsible manager.

Mandatory requirements

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• At least 3 years of administrative experience from the education sector or school system.

• Experience with digital operational systems, preferably StudyAlong, including invoicing and crediting.

• Experience with digital case management, e.g., Easit Go.

• The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with course offerings and internal processes.

• Experience collaborating with both municipal and private educational providers.

• Documented ability to work independently with personal responsibility.

Location: Stockholm, Täby

Scope: The total scope of the assignment is estimated at about 200 hours, which corresponds to a position of about 20%.
