Sales Advisor for Fintech Company

Are you a problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer care? As a Sales Advisor at a fintech company, you will be the person who helps their customers find the right loans, savings, and insurance tailored to them. Your role is both strategic and operational, and you will be an important part of the team working to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. In this role, you have the opportunity to genuinely assist customers with their finances.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Contact: You will be responsible for contacting customers who have submitted loan applications.
• Analysis & Actions: Analyze data from loan applications and develop concrete actions to improve our customer relationships.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with our other departments and teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive efforts to continuously improve our processes and strategies.

Your Profile:

We believe you are a confident and driven person who is comfortable handling different types of customers, both over the phone and in writing. You are structured and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize your tasks and make independent decisions. You have previous experience in service such as sales and are passionate about creating satisfied and loyal customers. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and have a natural ability to collaborate and find common solutions.
