Your Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for the Norwegian market
• Respond to emails
• Administer customer cases

Your Profile

Your Experience
You have a willingness to help and a professional attitude. Service experience is a requirement. Previous work using the phone as a tool is a requirement. Fluent in Norwegian and Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English.

About the Company

We Offer
Monthly salary: 30,000 SEK
Varied working hours between 8 AM and 7 PM. Closed on public holidays and weekends.
