ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Junior Trade Marketing Manager, you will be key to growth by leading strategic trade marketing. Your main responsibility is to influence customer and consumer behavior at the point of purchase by developing and implementing winning strategies for both retail and external sales locations.

This is a consulting assignment with immediate start and is expected to last until the end of August 2026. The work takes place at the office in Sundbyberg, but our client applies a flexible 50/50 remote solution. Additionally, flexible working hours are offered, which is an attractive benefit at the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate Trade Marketing strategies for all touchpoints
- Analyze shopper insights to define barriers and triggers for purchase
- Lead the development and execution of best-in-class POS materials in collaboration with agencies
- Prepare branding materials for customer fairs
- Develop tailored Trade Marketing programs for key customers (both In Home and Out of Home)
- Ensure that activities are delivered on time, within budget, and provide positive ROI
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is currently completing or has completed a degree in a relevant field (post-secondary education)
- Has good knowledge and understanding of Shopper Marketing and how to translate insights into sales-driving activities
- Has achieved visible results in sales and/or marketing
- Is fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Has experience in project management
It is a merit if you have
- Previous experience in Trade/Shopper Marketing and/or Brand Management
- Experience from FMCG
