About the position:

Scope: 80% including holidays.

Working hours from 05:00 AM to 09:00 PM according to schedule. Shifts of 4-8 hours/day.

Employment type: permanent. 6 months probationary period.

Start date: immediately after successful security clearance.

Your tasks will include:

- Welcoming and providing a personal and professional approach to each customer.

- Inspiring, advising, and presenting our products with passion and expertise.

- Helping customers find the right product or gift based on their needs.

- Contributing to creating an inviting and inspiring shopping environment that reflects Fredmans' identity and high quality standards.

- Meeting internal sales and service goals, KPIs, and policies in the store.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in customer service and sales in retail.

- Is service-oriented and can handle various situations that may arise in the store.

- Has a genuine interest and understanding of high-quality products.

- Is flexible and thrives in a fast-paced international environment.

- Is communicative, social, and has a natural sense of service.

- Is organized and responsible.

- Is driven, ambitious, and motivated by good sales results.

- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Employment will involve a security clearance.

It is an advantage if you live nearby and can get to Arlanda quickly.
