Technical Sales Representative – Modernization & Upgrade of Elevators, Stockholm Area.

About the Role
As a Technical Sales Representative with us, you will play a key role in developing and growing our business in modernization, replacement, and upgrades of elevators and elevator systems in Västra Götaland. You will be an important player in an engaged team, where you will have the opportunity to influence and make a difference – both for our customers and for our operations.
What You Will Do
- Drive the entire sales process – from prospecting and needs analysis to quoting, negotiation, and handover to installation and service.
- Build strong relationships with property owners, managers, construction contractors, consultants, and architects.
- Identify and analyze customer needs and present technically and economically sustainable solutions.
- Work systematically with pipeline, budget, forecasts, and CRM reporting.
- Collaborate closely with technicians, project managers, and installation teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
We Are Looking For You Who
- Has documented experience in B2B sales, preferably within technical products or systems.
- Is used to working towards clear goals and budgets, and has experience with CRM tools.
- Has a genuine technical interest and the ability to understand building technical environments and elevator systems.
- Is self-driven, structured, and enjoys planning and prioritizing within your own geographic area.
- Has a strong ability to create, nurture, and develop customer relationships at multiple levels.
- Is a skilled negotiator and communicator motivated by creating profitable business.
Meritorious/Requirements
- Experience from the elevator, construction, or installation industry is a big plus.
- At least a high school education, preferably with a technical or commercial focus.
- Driver's license B is a requirement.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English.
- Good computer skills and experience with CRM and Office suite.
